Charles and I were part of the original 55 men from Central West Texas who joined the U. S. Army to serve at the Nike Hercules bases near Abilene. I will always cherish the memories of my band of brothers at Battery B, 5th Missile Battalion. RIP, Charles.

Charles was always such a great man and a great friend. I always enjoyed seeing and talking with him when he came to Ft. Hood for training. He always took care of his men that worked for him and he always went the extra mile to help anyone that need assistance. Rest In Peace my friend.

Our hearts are so sad over your great loss. God bless you and comfort you. Adry was such a kind man and always doing something for others. When Glenna and Anthony were a young military couple stationed in Germany, Adry was sent there for a short training session. He made a special trip by train on a very cold, snowy day to visit them. It was an incredible gift for them to see someone from home. We will always be grateful for him.
