I got my firts tattoo at his shop a long with my cousin, I drove there being a new driver and never been in Louisville b4 my cousin April and I decided we wanted a tat so we jumped in the car and took off to find tattoo Charlie´s! That was back in 95 or 96

Charlie was one of my good friends in the 10th grade at PRP 1967-1968, went to band camp together and lived very close to each other. We spent a lot of time together and he has been the subject of many good conversations.
