Chuck was a wonderful person and had this uniqueness about himself. There is so much I can say about him,but the best of all about him was that smile the most beautiful smile Ive known on any person and will always know n remember. Always had that twinkle in his eyes everytime I seen n talked to him. I love you my dear sweet brother/friend. Whenever I'm down I can always look back on that beautiful smile upon your face.
