Charlie was a lot of fun both at Pinecrest and Jersey Village. He loved a fritter from the donut shop I went by on my way to golf. He always shared his lunch with Jude. Best Shirt and Short customer(he loved loud colors). Rest in Piece Mr. Wiggins, you will be missed!
