Not sure what to say?

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts, through us, they live on. We have lost a wonderful person who had a strong patriotism and was an inspiration to all of us cadets in NDCC. We will miss him dearly. My condolences to the entire family. God rest his soul. Class of 1967

Sending sympathy in your time of loss.
I too have many fond memories of knowing him and being a part of NDCC as a Sponsor, competing on the varsity rifle team, serving as Military Ball Queen (1966), and working with him creating lesson plans. He was a good leader and a great guy.

I'm sorry to learn of "our" loss. The Colonel had a profound impact on the lives of many a North Central High School student fortunate enough to have known him. The Colonel will live on in the memory of all those who were part of the North Central High School National Defense Cadet Corps. Jim Sublett

Sorry to hear about your loss, Joan.

I have fond memories of our time together.
