Not sure what to say?

R.i.p cousin! We love you and your memory will forever live on in your wife and children.

You always had a smile on your face, unless you were gonna teach somebody a lesson, but even then you had a small hint of a smile. I'm gonna miss you and can't wait to see you again in the next life. I love you, Uncle Charles, and I miss you.

I am gone miss you Charles and I will always love you... I cant believe that you are so gone but I know that you are at peace.

Lt. Williams was my post commander with Thomas Protective Services, Inc. Lt. Williams was a man of his word. Lt. Williams was a believer in Christ Jesus. He was a shining light and will always be in memory. I am praying for the family's strength.

My heart goes out to your family during your time of bereavement. I knew Charles and Bobby when they were in high school at Rowlett. They were once a part of our family through my in-laws Leonard & Dorette Taylor. I was at a loss for words when I was told the news and yet I am still in disbelief. Charles had a smile that would light up the room and Bobby always had a serious look about his face. May God protect and keep your families during this time, is my prayer.

My heart goes out to the family. I will forever remember his burgundy jacket and his big smile. Step by step and moment by moment in God hand u will stand

Prayers go out to the family. RIP Charles
