Charles W. Williams, 63, of Memphis, TN died on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Born Saturday, August 29, 1953 in West Memphis, AR, he was the son of the late R.J. Williams and the late Sophia Norwood Williams. He was a retired employee of MLGW. He was the husband of Debra Webb Williams, also surviving are son, Charles W. Williams, Jr., daughters, Sherri N. Lowe (Keith), Tarsha R. Cole (Gary) and Christina A. Goodman, brothers, Dennis Williams (Jullie), Gregory Williams (Alfreda), Anthony Williams (Vivian), Norman Williams and Rodney Williams, sisters, Linda McKinney (Harold), Janis D. McKinney (Elliott), Brenda K. Williams; and 11 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4 - 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 31, at R. S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 374 Vance Ave. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday January 1 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 491 McLemore Street.
