Not sure what to say?

Chuck, I and a group of youngsters worked together at the UofR Cancer Center in the late 70's--what wonderful memories. For some reason, Chuck has been on my mind so much lately I had to look him and Jackie up just now. So sorry Jackie!!

So sorry to learn of Chuck's passing! He was a mentor, colleague, and friend while our paths crossed at Providence. One of the most personable and kind individuals I've ever met. I'll never forget his laugh that would carry across the room. My sincere condolences to his family!

Jackie, Laurel & Kendra, e are so sorry for your loss.

Chuck was the breath of life for Portland PRSA's APR certification program. He was steadfast in shepherding new recruits into the program as well as recruiting professionals to serve in examinations. He was unfailingly kind and patient. Chuck was a fine exemplar of quiet dignity and humanity.

I´m really sorry to hear about Chuck passing away. He and I were "hallmates" our freshman year at Rochester, where one of our hallmates nicknamed him "Goal-wah" (a pun on the French cigarette) for his position as goalie on the soccer team. He was very instrumental in helping me to decide to change majors from engineering to being a fellow history major. We both attended the two Grateful Dead concerts at the Palestra our sophomore and junior years ( the 1971 concert is volume 3 of the Dead´s...

Jackie, I contacted Debby Caplan because I was shocked to read in the D&C that Gary Lisman had passed away. Debby was trying to contact you and Chuck and came up with an obit for Chuck! I am so sorry for your loss!! Such a Shock. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

I just found out about Gary Lismen One of Chucks best friends in Rochester. I was looking for how to contact Chuck and saw this awful news. I am so sorry Jackie- what a loss. What a great human being.

Didn't know him but sounds like he made great contributions to the PRSA community and beyond.

Chuck was a most valued colleague and friend who I knew through health care communications and public relations positions. He was truly hail-fellow-well-met. A nicer guy and more consummate professional you could not hope to meet.
