I remember Chuck Wilson well and fondly. In my 30++ year career as a labor lobbyist for AFSCME I worked on more workers compensation issues than I can recall, including the major workers compensation reforms in 1990. Chuck was the "go to guy" for anything that touched workers compensation. He was knowledgeable and more important, historical. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chuck during his time in Legislative Counsel. He had incredible wisdom; consistently delivered high quality products for budget and policy legislation; very effectively mentored many of us in the Legislative Branch, including me; and was highly respected. He set the bar the very high for all who follow in his foot steps.
