With sadness we note the passing of Charlie...His brilliance...wit..artistic talent were unique and special!...We spent much time with Charlie and Justine ..leaving us with wonderful memories...Our thoughts are with "the girls"...Our condolences!

Charlie indeed was on of a kind. I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie while in Graduate School at Syracuse University, just as he was preparing for his administrative work in schools. Notably he was critical in the development and the refinement of what was called a computer generated decision making model for school districts. This work occurred in the 1970's before A.I. Charlie over the years was known for many accomplishments, such as his encyclopedic understanding of what in public...

Just learned of Charlie's passing this week....this is a lose not only for his loved family but for the greater family who benefitted from his knowledge, compassion, humor, and unfailing desisre to assist, to help, to mentor, and to make "better" for all with whom he came into contact. He was a gift to humankind, and a kind human to all. My thoughts and heart are with family and friends, for Charlie was a friend to so many of us....
