Charles A. "Charlie" Witmer

Beloved family of Charlie ~ You know I'll miss him; as he was not only a neighbor, but a very dear friend and like family to me. Many summer days were spent together doing mowing and over the fence talks. We also shared Church pews and rides to Church as he wanted to make sure I went to Church. He will never be forgotten and always remain in my heart.
