Not sure what to say?

See you later my childhood friend from Miss Barbra's kindergarten School. We had some great times as children. (Both of us born in 1951) Sandy Springs Georgia was a great place to grow up in then.

Rest In Peace my friend! Your childhood friend from Miss Barbara's Kindergarten School (Sandy Springs, Georgia-North Atlanta). I'll see you later, however, right now I have a life to finish.

George & Susan Lindley, Nance and Charles

Mike, thank you for such a beautiful tribute to my younger brother. I miss him every single day and hate that he and I are unable to share our 'elder years' together. He found his soulmate in his wonderful wife Nance, whom I consider to be my sister. There has
never been anyone else like him! Sending you Love & Best wishes,
Susan. [email protected]

I met Charles while watching him play with Thermos Greenwood. I instantly recognized a true musician of taste and artistry. I was a fan henceforth. Once I knew Charles, he was the most talented and unassuming musician I have ever personally known. He deserved much wider recognition for his skills and his depth of character as a human being and his gentle caring spirit. I was honored to have known him. He passed way too soon.

I will always miss Charlie. Always kind, always brilliant, always funny. He introduced me to just about every wonderful friend I have. I moved to Atlanta from Washington DC after my own mother died of pancreatic Ca. It was Charlie who was my first neighbor out in the world on my own. He taught me how to make a really good sandwich. Avocado, sprouts and cream cheese. He introduced me to all of my life long friends. What a great group of people, and Charlie, he was the corner stone of that...

I want to thank Charles for a lifetime of unbelievable happenings. Of course since he is no longer with us I guess it will just be me talking to you, gentle reader.

We met when he was 14 or so (circa 1965) and started to become better friends shortly thereafter. I recognized him and picked him up hitchhiking on West Wesley. Charles grew up right around the corner from my home on Ridgewood Rd in Atlanta.

We spent time playing music in the basement of his parent’s home....

to the family and friends of charles wolff: unbelievable that charlie left us so soon; henry bruns introduced us in the late 70s, although i have not spoken to either one in years, their kindness to me, an NC transplant, forged many friendships that flourish today; what a great group to be intoduced to: lonesome hank X, commander wayne, joe roman, fly and amy, ron and gail tillis, dave michelson, pat creel, doug and ginger, anita; (who remains a friend to now) lost touch with charles and...

Charles, knowing you enriched my life, and when I think of you, good feelings and memories flood my being.
To be continued, friend. Never say "good-bye". - Karla

I offer my deepest condolences to all the Wolff family and kin. I had the pleasure of seeing Charles grow up as a close neighbor. I remember meeting him when he came over to see my brother's cool moped - he was but 13 at the time. And even though our paths diverged, my family and I will always regard him as a true individual - very caring and mature beyond his years. His passing is sorrowful for those who knew him, for he was a kind and gentle soul. Heaven has welcomed a truly beautiful...
