Not sure what to say?

Patlee--I am so sorry for your loss.
Chuck and I sang together in Longhorn Singers, and I,like everybody else who ever knew him, will never forget him. Who could forget that gentle, powerful presence? I met you only twice--both times when Royce was in town--once in your home and then a few years ago when we went out for Mexican food. Thank you for your hospitality to Chuck's old friends. He was a great guy and we all loved him, as I am sure you know.

I came to Houston from Chicago looking for a job 22 years ago. Chuck hired me. After 2 years of working for him at Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company, I had the honor of helping him develop his own Company, Benefit Concepts, Inc.. Although I left BCI 8 years ago, to stay home with my baby, I still enjoyed staying in touch with Chuck. He was a Father figure to me (even though he wasn't quite old enough to be my father)...I've watched Wendy grow from a sweet little girl to a wonderful...

I was so sorry to learn of Chuck's death today, 2/17/03. It was a pleasure knowing and working with Chuck in the insurance business for the past 30 plus years. He was a true spokesman for the industry with his honesty, integrity and knowledge. I will truly miss him.
My condolences to his family.

The loss of Chuck Womack is not only a tragic loss to his family and friends, and to me personally, but a loss to the world of one of its finest examples of humanity and a true critical thinker.

I was a classmate and fellow singer in the Longhorn Singers at U of Texas and although I did not know Chuck closely, I feel very privileged to have know him. He was always a friendly, kind person and he will be sorely missed. I will pray for him and his family that he left behind.

I returned from Chuck's funeral and found a picture circa 1986 of my brother in law Jeff Ornburg and I handing Chuck a Principal bonus check for his sales efforts. I framed it and set it up in my office. When Payne Stewart the golfer died he was wearing a WWJD (what would Jesus do) bracelet. In the future when faced with tough business decisions I can look @ that photo of Chuck and say WWCD. (what would Chuck do). That will be my tribute going forward to my insurance broker, a mentor and...

I met Chuck back in 1996 when I first went to pick his daughter up for our first date. I was of course nervous but as soon as I met him it seemed as if all the stomach butterflies 'flew' away. He was THE nicest man I ever met and over the years he became not only my father in law but my Houston father as well, since my parents live so far away. He treated me like his own son and I will always treasure our times together right down to watching him play with my puppy (Pups).

We...

Chuck treated everyone with respect and was one of the most good hearted people I have ever met. He loved to talk about different cars he had worked on.

Wendy and Greg, We know how hard it is to loose a father and we want you to know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. The few times we met him he was always so pleasant and happy and seemed to be such a jokester. He seemed like a great man. Just know that God will take great care of him now and that he will always be with you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. We love you!!
