I know Chuckie from my brother Mike Hogan. For many years as I was growing up, I saw Chuckie as much as my brother - it was always Mike, Chuckie and John O'Neill. He always looked out for me and had a smile. I had not seen him for many years and it was wonderful to see him when Mike died 2 years ago, he was a pallbearer, too.
