Not sure what to say?

Hello to all of Charlie's family, Five years on ... rather late to give you my condolences now but thought I'd write some memories of Charlie anyway. I started work as a Secretary on 21.7.1969 (the day the Americans landed on the Moon) at Phillips Petroleum Europe Africa, London, UK and worked until the summer of 1971. Charlie was my main boss. He was a Chief Geologist to work on the exploration of gas/oil in the North Sea, UK. Charlie was probably one of the nicest bosses I had ever...

We proudly have one of Charlie's paintings on our wall. I met Charlie at the Charlotte Art League. He welcomed me with a smile and was a great supporter of my artistic efforts. On gallery crawl nights he would draw a crowd as he slung paint in his studio space. I learned so much from him. Thank you, Charlie.

Fond memories of the Wyndham family when we were all in Tripoli. I hope time will bring you all peace.

My grandfather was an extraordinary man that we all loved with all of our hearts. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Many of my greatest, most meaningful childhood memories are of my time with him and Sylvia. I will hold onto those memories and look back on them fondly. Anybody who had the privilege of knowing him already knows the exceptional person he was. Love you Always and Forever, Grandad!

Our condolences to Sylvia and the family. Charlie was a multi-talented friend and fellow employee, whose character, humor, intelligence, compassion and leadership was clearly recognizable. We will miss him.. Norm and Jenny Burnett

We were fortunate to have had Charlie as our neighbor. Sylvia our hearts ache for you at this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the Family. Love you,

He was such a beautiful talented man in so many ways. We were blessed to have known Charlie, and were so sorry to learn of his passing. Many prayers for the immediate family as we know his presence will be greatly missed.

Sincere sympathy, Sylvia, to you and all the family. Sending loving thoughts.
Laura.

Farewell to a long time precious friend with whom I shared so many happy times in so many places. You will be dearly missed, sweet Charlie! My love and deepest sympathy to Sylvia and all the family.
