I spent two decades working for a competitor of Southeast Bank, in various counties. I came to know two of their employees quite well: Fred T. in Seminole and Tom G. in Winter Park. I worked "against" Fred and later, for Tom. I have the utmost respect for them forever.
I believe that the culture of an organization is set by the CEO, and these gentlemen embodied it!
I certainly never knew Mr. Zwick, yet was awed by the depth of his accomplishments.
