Not sure what to say?

I met Charley when he was a volunteer “grandparent “ for a ward at his IEP at James A. Wiesenthal H.S. It was the beginning of an approximately 25 year friendship. We tried to eat lunch with Charley whenever he worked. He had a myriad of stories he shared with us. He had the cutest little giggle when he talked. He and Jean helped me find my mom’s first care home (Alzheimer’s). My mom thought Charley and Jean came and shared their music (religious and 40’s) at her two different care homes and...

Charley was a true man of God, I enjoyed our conversations at Preston over the years. Condolences to family and friends

Charley was a very special child of God. He served His Lord with all his heart wherever he was. He was a faithful minister of the gospel. He will be truly missed, but we will see him again.

Charley you will be missed it was an pleasure to know you and your family I will miss your stories about your childhood and I will also miss your sermons on Sundays and just sitting there talking to while I was at work RIP CHARLEY

Charley will be missed by all who knew him. He served his Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus, faithfully. Our family will always treasure the friendship and loving graciousness of Charley and lovely wife, Jean, especially their kindness to our brother John Huffman when he was ill and confined in the hospital for several years. Charley was a true gentleman and a beautiful example of a person who loved Jesus and others with his whole heart.
