TAYLOR, Charley - Of Millington, age 32, died Sunday, January 13, 2008 in Lansing, as the result of an automobile accident. Funeral service will be held at 11AM Friday, January 18, 2008 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Minister John Southern officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Visitation 5-8PM Wednesday, 11AM-8PM Thursday and 10AM Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Charley was born in Flint, Michigan on April 22, 1975, the son of Freddie and Patricia (VanWagoner) Taylor. Surviving are wife, Jennifer; 3 children, Vanessa, Patricia and Ethan; mother, Patricia; uncles and aunts, William Berry, John (Susan) Meshigaud, Warner (Christine) Ogurek, Shawn (Lisa) Osmon and Derek, Ronald (Jean) Taylor Shipperley and Mildred Phelps; mother-in-law, JoAnn Hohenstein; sister-in-law, Rochelle Gamache; special cousins, Charley and Michelle Taylor and children; many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and great-aunts; special friends, Stephen Blackmer and John Chisholm. me an charley were friends for a few years then i left the shop we both worked at an we lost touch with each other i seen him a few times as i went back to work for the company we talked about old times an laughed he made me laugh all the time an i will miss that i wish i could have spent more time with chucky thats was what i called him i will miss you charley

I first met charlie at midas muffler and thougt him how to do his first wheel alignment as a tech he truly was a master,and he was always there for me, he got me in to vic george olds,and was there for me when i went trough my devroice he will greatly be missed...
