It is with feat sadness that I read about Charlie's passing. He was one of the happiest people I have ever known. He had a great sense of humor. I recall the fun times we had at U of M and the apartment building at 927 East Ann Street where all of us tenants were like one big happy family. While separated over the years by geographical location, work, and family commitments, I'm sure that we remained good friends. Rest in peace, Charlie. Saint Peter does not know what he is in for.
