Charlie A. Lobaugh

I first met Charlie in 1988 through his wife Javene, who, at the time part owner; along with Ray Dodge, of
Imperial Tour & Travel. Charlie was retired at the time but flipping houses in East Portland. We would meet at their lovely home, usually a week before Christmas for several years thereafter. where Charlie would man the bar when the Lobaughs' entertained the "Imperial Family," A great time would be had by all and Charlie was alwaay his congenial, gracious self.
