Such sad news
I have just read about the loss of Charlie and remember him so well from his visits to the library. He was such a warm, charming, and intelligent man. Thinking of the whole family at this sad time.

Nothing but fond memories
Gill and family, so saddened to have just heard the news about Charlie. We are living in Bristol now and don't have your address so hope this reaches you.
Just wanted to say that Charlie was one of the nicest of people. John remembers our nights on the badminton court with both of you in our hey-day. Eileen, Debbie and Alistair remember a terrific teacher and inspiration.
