Not sure what to say?

I met Charlie while working at Eli's Records & Tapes in the mall in Rock Springs after graduating high school in Green River in 1988. We became fast friends and I always looked forward to working with Charlie at the record store. After he moved to SLC I was in college at Utah State in Logan and would go hang out with him at the Zephyr Club and crash on his couch on many weekends. I'm so sad to hear of Charlie's passing. He was one of a kind and always made you feel like you were the most...

Charlie, Thanks for all the great times and great music! Thank you for being my friend for all those years. It was always exciting to walk into a new venue and see you there, and catch up with each other. You were loved and respected by many people and will be missed. Rock on in your new adventure. Love you.

I first met Mr.Newman in front of the Salt Palace , I was handing out flyers for the ""SpeedWay Cafe"" I saw a great force of exuberance & desire, I took his info & forwarded his contact to the President of the "" SpeedWay Cafe"" Mr. Paul Maritsas as consideration for hire. Mr. Newman was retained and put forth as a highly regarded , & respected Power , & did become a prominent entity of "" The SpeedWay Cafe """.! Then proceeded to the " Zephyr Club", & went forward from there. I am to...

You’ll be missed by so many. You were an amazing friend to me, and especially to Katt. Thank you for just being you, always.

My first memory of Charlie was ,”Wow! Who is that hot guy with the long hair that’s working at Eli’s?” It had to be the ‘80’s in Rock Springs WY. Every single memory I have of Charlie is a happy one; full of laughter and jokes. He always had a hilarious one liner for every occasion. My most favorite memory of him is seeing Madonna play at The Bellagio in Las Vegas with my sister Kathy, and Charlie. It was truly magical. Then of course we had to eat at In&Out Burger. While I lived in SLC he...

Im so very sorry about Charlie. We went to school together and became very close after i moved to slc back in 1996. I have so many wonderful memories, a favorite was when he rode to vegas with my sister and i to see Madonna in concert. He will be missed by so many people.

Rest in Peace my long lost friend. We shared some fun times along this journey in life. Some of those stories dating back to the 3rd grade. Fly high buddy.
