Not sure what to say?

Charlie was one of if not the nicest person, if not the nicest of all, that I ever knew and I hope through having been touched by him to have been a far better person then I ever would have been, if I had not met him.

Sheila,
Your dad was my real life cowboy, better than what we saw on the big screen. I know how much you and Buck will miss him, especially his hearty laugh. Do you think he is herding angels now? My love to you!
Bunny

Certainly the best natured cowboy of all time. I never saw him without a smile and that infectious chuckle that both Sis and Buck got. So hard to let go. There's been nobody like this cowboy.

Dear Sheila & Buck,
I was so sad to hear of your Dad's passing. Charlie was my first real boss. I worked with him 2 summers in High Valley and enjoyed every minute of it. He was so easy to work for and was always in a great mood. Such a nice, wonderful man who I will never forget. I know he is in heaven watching all his family & friends. God Bless.

Your dad sounds like a dad I would have liked to have met. Thinking about you.
Love Shirley and Chuck VanDenBerg

Charlie was one of those people you meet in life and NEVER forget! He was like family to every one who had the pleasure to know him. Both of my brothers, Mike and Tim, worked for Charlie at High Serenity Ranch in High Valley and thought the world of him. I was fortunate to attend school with Buck and Sheila. Charlie will be missed but he did live a long life and had many friends. We send our prayers from the Stone Family.

Dear Sheila,
A very special tribute to you and Buck's dad!!
He must have been a wonderful father to raise two special kids!!
Glad to have met him!
Love and my sympathy to all of family,
Carol Conrad

I never knew a finer person in my life. He was a wonderful role model to have as a youth. A person who put being a honest decent person more important then any other issue in living the gift of life we have been given. His smile and upbeat attitude were a blessing for all who came in contact with him. He raised to fine children that are assets to the communities they live at. He will truly be missed by so many.

Dear Buck and Peggy,
So sorry for your loss, our prayers are with you. Your dad lived a long, full life, he seemed to have been quite a character.
With our sympathy,
Tim & Diane
