Not sure what to say?

Anita and Family: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My late mother (Jo West) and Mit were close friends so I have known Pinky since I was a child. He and my uncle, Taylor Hayes, were the best of friends. My love and prayers go out for the family. Pinky was truly "one of a kind" and always a joy to be around.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

We are friends of Cyndi and Chuck and we are so sorry to hear of your loss. I know he was a wonderful husband, father and brother. May God grant grace and peace to all of you, Becky and Tim Wallace

Anita and family, so very sorry to hear about the passing of Pinky. You all will be in our prayers. I always loved his wonderful sense of humor. Great picture of him with that wonderful smile. Give all your girls a great big hug from Jim and I. Jim and Linda Nixon

Phillip Mullins and I are very sorry for your loss. He worked with Charlie at L&N/CSX for several years and they were pretty good buddies. Sorry we cannot be there for the funeral.Phillip had knee surgery yesterday and he isn't getting around too well. He was a very special man and a very nice man and my husband enjoyed working with him.You and your families will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. He will be well remembered by many I'm sure.

Bob, Pam & family, We were so sorry to hear about the passing of your brother. May he rest in peace. Kenny & Cary Sue Calhoun

We are praying for all of you. I know the void of not having Pinky will be great. But knowing where he is will be a great joy...and having him in your heart will be a blessing. We have so many wonderful memories of our days with the Summerlin's at the lake, at your house, riding the sled in the snow. Special times with special friends. You are loved this day and always! Diane and Gary Smith

I am so sorry for your family's loss.

Joy in the Morning Class at Valleydale Church loved 'Gena's Dad' very much. He and his wife attended several of our events and were always so much fun. Gena and David will always be members of our extended family, and our friends. We know how much they both loved Charlie. Our heart goes out to all of their family. Rely on God to see you through at this difficult time.
