Charlie,You will never be forgotten in The Smith home. You will always remeber for what you did,for all of the people of the piney woods of Deep East Tx.Thank you Charlie! You Will always be my Hero...

I will never forget sitting close to Charlie Wilson during a speech he gave in Lufkin about the Panama Canal I felt very privileged to be there. A year later I gave a speech at a Rotary club in East Texas as the president introduced me he said Charlie Wilson gave a speach here last week thought you would like to know that. You can guess how I felt. I am very proud to have met Charlie Wilson

WEEP NOT FOR ME

Do not weep for me when I no longer dwell among the wonders of the earth; for my larger self is free, and my soul rejoices on the other side of pain...on the other side of darkness.

Do not weep for me, for I am a ray of sunshine that touches your skin, a tropical breeze upon your face, the hush of joy within your heart and the innocence of babes in mothers arms.

I am the hope in a darkened...

You will miss, farwell my dear friend!
