Not sure what to say?

Charline was the Kindest friend who was always there for anyone. She is greatly missed.

Charline is greatly missed. I looked forward to receiving her letters through the years, living far away. She always sent beautiful pictures and interesting notes pertaining to the history of Canton. Mrs. Whalen was my 2nd grade teacher and I grew tremendously in her class. Mrs. Whalen joyously saw me go on to practice law. I regret that I could not share the more recent successes with her. But it means the world to me that she continued to root for me even 25 years after I left her classroom at Canton Elementary School. Indeed, she came to my college graduation party. My sincerest condolences on her loss-we are all diminished without her. Thank you, Mrs. Whalen.

Charline was a beautiful person inside and out. Charline and Dick were great friends of my parents, Ann and Jack Mains. I have so many fond memories of them coming to dinner, laughing and having such fun together. I am so sorry for your loss. Heaven has gained a new angel. Fondly, Sally (Mains) Pardee and family. xo
