Not sure what to say?

When Don and I moved to Royal Oaks in 1991, Charlotte was the first resident to call upon us. She brought along four custard cups containing her well known FLAN. She always took the time to talk directly to each of my young children and showed an interest in their lives. Charlotte always wore a smile and we felt fortunate that she chose to be included in our family holidays after her husband died. She will be...
