So sad to hear of Mrs Bart's passing, when I went across town in Cape May as a child she was my Mon away from home such a caring and loving mother a true Cape May local has left us the little town will miss her contributions over many years she touched the lives of so many children with her many talents. Rodney is now taking care of her as he told me so many times about his love for his Mom, Mrs Bart I'm sure Rodney gave you one of his bear hugs and now you're at home. ♥
