I will remember Charlotte for the Rock Creek cleanups she helped and organized the volunteers. I am sorry for your loss.

Please accept my sincere sympathy. I knew Charlotte through our membership at the Cedar Lane Church. She was a dear person, always upbeat and considerate of others' feelings. She taught us to share her passion for protecting the environment. She will be deeply missed.
