I am the daughter of Betty and Danny Floyd here in Roanoke and the last time I got to see your mom was at Helen's funeral. She drove all the way to Roanoke by herself to attend her funeral. To Charlotte's Family,

I had not had the priviledge of seeing Charlotte in quite a few years and wish that I had. I always loved her upbeat spirit and her fun-loving ways. My family grew up in the same neighborhood as the Leonard's and spent many hours together. My dad and Clara were cousins on the St.Clair side of the family so when they were all at Bob & Ethel's house during the summer we would usually try to get down there too. I am so sorry to learn of Charlie's death. I have many pleasant memories of sharing garden tips (and tools) back and forth with her. I will miss her very much.
