Charlotte Burn, born Charlotte Michael Riley and lovingly known as “Charlie,” entered into eternal life on February 13, 2026, at the age of 82.
Charlie was born on October 11, 1943, to Paul and Idell Riley. She grew up with a strong sense of faith, family, and devotion that would define her life. She later married the love of her life, Joseph A. Burn Jr., and together they created what she fondly considered a modern-day Brady Bunch, raising six children in a home filled with love, laughter, and resilience.
Charlie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph A. Burn Jr.; her parents, Paul R. and Idell Riley; her daughters, Karolyn Michelle Mullins, Carol Lillian Burn, and Kathryn Susann Burn; her son, Joseph A. Burn III; and her great-granddaughter, Makaela Bentley.
She is survived by her sister, Beverly Brennan; her brother, Alfred Riley. Her children Kristina Galbraith and Kenneth Burn and generations of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who carry forward her legacy.

Great-grandchildren: Jay (Joseph A. Burn V), Joe (Joseph Albert Burn V), Raelynn, Craig, and Tobias
Carol Lillian Burn, born April 6, 1961
Grandchildren: Melissa Dobratz Salomonson (husband Michael) and Joshua Dobratz
Great-grandchildren: Hailey Bentley (husband Christian), Makaela Bentley, and Michael “MJ” Salomonson
Kathryn Susann Burn, born August 9, 1967
Grandchildren: Kassie Dean Woodcock (husband Jacob), Kylie Dean, and Jared Bornstein
Kenneth John Burn, born June 11, 1969
Grandchildren: Trevor Burn, Brendan Burn, and Griffin Burn
Charlie’s life was rooted in faith, family, and unwavering love. She leaves behind a family tree deeply rooted in strength and branching into generations who will forever cherish her memory.
