I remember Charlotte when I lived in Underwood between 2006-2011, For a short time, I brought meals to the Underwood community center for the seniors. This was where I met Charlotte and other seniors that would come up for lunch. (I called them" KIDS", because most of the seniors didn't act their age) Charlotte always had a smile and kind words for me. She was my favorite.. But I don't remember people calling her Charlotte.. Didn't she go by Charlie? Yes I'm sure we all called her Charlie.....
