Read MoreI only learned of Charlotte's passing recently. I'm so sorry I did not know at the time of her death. Charlotte was a neighbor of mine in Yorktown and was lovely person who was such a nice person to know. I will think of her often and smile at some of things we shared. Blessings on her family and friends who morn her loss.

She was pleasant and kind and we kept in touch for many years.
