Charlotte Louise Freshwaters

Charlotte Freshwaters was so very nice to me from the time I first met her. She was never judgmental that I saw and she was also concerned and interested in what I had to say. Its hard to find folks like that these days. She had such a rough last few months with various surgeries and I commend her family for taking such good and loving care of her in her last weeks and days and hours.
