Rep Gardner served her community well as a public servant. She was well respected in Raleigh and helped advance legislation that she believed would better serve her community and her State. My dad had great respect for Rep Gardner and they worked across party lines for the betterment of Rowan County. She will be well remembered for her tireless service to Rowan County and its citizens.
