Not sure what to say?

God bless Margie for introducing me to Charlotte and in so generously sharing the friendship. It was an absolute joy to my heart to vacation with Charlotte and Margie, and I will sorely miss those times. Crafting, shopping, talking, laughing, swimming, dining, decorating - yes, even cruising - we did it all for over ten years - with never a cross word or bad time. My memories are all so precious - and I'm so very, very grateful for having shared a small piece of Charlotte's life. I will miss...

Loved Charlotte dearly. I worked with her at Franks Bar the entire time she owned it. I've met her mother and Jeanine the one she always talked about. Also her son Jessie Carl. We had lots of fun together and Franks crowd brought out the real crazy Charlotte. Will miss her forever.

Where do I start? There really isn't a beginning to our friendship..it just always was! Met at age 5 and lasted until death took Char way too soon. We had so many plans yet to finish. But I will never regret one minute of the time spent with her. We were such good friends and knew each other so well we could finish each others thoughs. She brought out the best creative moments in me. We worked so well together. Like two peas in a pod. Now that she is gone, my life will never be the same. ...

With sincere sympathy to Anna, Jeanine and the rest of Charlotte's family on her too soon passing. We were long-time friends as well as 1963 BHS classmates. Susan Sray (Pittsburgh, PA)

Charlotte was a one of a kind creation of God! She knew what was important in life and made every moment count. She was a dear friend to my mom as they made countless memories. Friends for life and into eternity. May God give peace to friends and family left behind as she begins her new and PERFECT life in Heaven!

My wife and I met Charlotte in Winter Haven, Florida one time when her best friend (and my Cousin) Margie Capeland was visiting her in Florida. It was a joy to meet the person who brought so much happiness into the lives of so many others. I have followed her "adventures" through Margie's emails and comments over the years. Her absence in body will be felt but her presence in spirit will live. I look forward to getting to know her better when I join her and the other saints in glory!

Oh boy, heaven is rockin’ now!

To Charlotte's family … I “knew” Charlotte long before I met her in person through the love and stories I heard from her life-long and best friend, Margie! When I finally met her I immediately saw the "special" person that Margie always talked about. She lived her life with love, fun, grace and a bit of craziness thrown in for good measure. When life threw her a whammy, she met it head on, stayed strong and fought hard and long after others would...

Charlotte will be missed very much by so many people who loved her. She was a wonderful and faithful best friend to my sister for about 60 years. She must be so relieved to be in heaven, free from pain and sickness and at home with Jesus.

Charlotte was a dear friend to my mother and will be sadly missed. Her laughter was contagious and her creativity amazing! My prayers are with her family at this time (and my mother as she grieves the loss of her since kindergarten friend!)
