I would like to sincerely express my condolences to the family. Charlotte and I worked together at Cobb/Douglas CSB and earlier at the Dekalb CSB. She was an "Caring Advocate for Persons with Special Needs". Do not worry about her spirit believe this, She is in heaven taking care of all who she feels need nurturing. My prayers are with you all.
