Charlotte Rayburn

Charlotte E Rayburn, 87, died April 29, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles; children; Professor Ann Currie and husband Duncan, Dr .William F. Rayburn and wife, Pamela, 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister; Anna Baxter and many other family and friends. Mrs. Rayburn was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Julia Ballard. Mr. & Mrs. Rayburn are members of Sandia Presbyterian Church. They met at Berea College in Kentucky during 1941. Mr. Rayburn then served in the Army Air Corp during WW II. Charlotte was manager of international textbook sales for Scott Forsman Publishing. She was a loving mother and grandmother. A memorial service will be held in Virginia where all the family hope to gather to celebrate her life.
