Charlotte was a close friend of mine and coworker at Holy Cross Hospital. Charolotte was an athentic person who spoke her mind with the most witty sense of humor. She will be missed tremendously! Dear Ann, Our deepest sympathies are with you, Charlie, and your family. Charlotte was always an independent free spirit that lived her life in charge of her destiny.
