Charlotte was AMAZING! She was forever young, forever fun, forever thoughtful. She brightened our lives in so many ways and will always be an inspiration to me. Her contagious laugh, her gorgeous hand writing, her beautiful spirit. She brightened my work place at Benjamin Rose in the 1980s and she brightened many Christmases for our family in the years that followed.

Dottie, you should be so proud of all the love and care you, Don, and your family shared with Charlotte...

Charlotte was a member of the Mayfield Heights Republican Club for several years before her move to Breckenridge. She was a delightful participant in our meetings and even took a turn working as an election day judge! What a lovely lady--and a trooper!

By the time I met my Great-Great-Aunt Charlotte she was beginning to stay, more and more, at home in Cleveland. But geography wasn’t enough to stop the impression she made on me throughout my life. On my last visit to see her in March (2010), Aunt Charlotte still retained many of the little things that were just quintessentially her. These were the things that I knew about her, the things that made her my Aunt Charlotte.
