Not sure what to say?

Know that Charlotte was and is an inspiration to me still. Her bravery, tenacity and perspective on cases and people changed me.

Charlotte Thayer was my FAVORITE teacher at Wyandotte High School, KCK, back in the 1950's. She was such an inspiration to many of us. She and Mr. Good attended our 50th Wyan.HS reunion 10 years ago, and we loved having contact with them both again. God bless you, "Miss Thayer" and your family. Eva (Ellis) Grauberger

Charlotte was a friend and mentor to generations of professional women lawyers. She was truly herself and fought hard for those she represented. There are wonderful stories that bring a smile thinking of Charlotte. She will be greatly missed. I must also say when Wally and his family came into her life you could see her glow . I know she is still thinking how to help others. Charlotte, know we are thinking of you. Thank you for all your teachings.

Charlotte was a mentor to me in my practice as she was many women lawyers in Kansas City. She set the example of courage and taught many women how to be trial lawyers.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

A true class act! I got to experience her personnally and professionally. I will never forget the time she told me and my single girlfriends that it was never too late to find love and there was still hope for us girls. Missed, but never forgotten.

So sorry to hear about Charlotte-we are sorority sisters and in recent years, I was her phone contact for alumni meetings. I always enjoyed talking to her; she was always so positive and complimentary to me-I admire Charlotte and will miss talking to my AOTT "phone buddy". I'm glad to include her as a friend! May God Bless, Sondra Troup

Hello I just heard from Cherie Smith about Charlotte's death. I am an AOII and that is how I knew Charlotte and very impressed with her life. I offer my sympathy to the family. Mary Gilles Johnson, KU class of 1952.

Charlotte was my hero! My ex- took my daughter and fled the area, and Charlotte herd my story, took my case, got my 4 kids and they lived with me for the rest of their young lives! I thank GOD above for her wisdom, he abilities in a courtroom and most of all for believing in ME! Thank you Charlotte, Godspeed! May the Good Lord hug you ever so tightly in his loving arms!

Charlotte was the opposing counsel on one of the first lawsuits I was involved in as a new associate. She helped teach me how to practice law. We subsequently became friends. She was a courageous pioneer, an excellent lawyer and a fine person. My sympathies to her family.
