Read MoreCharlotte was the sweetest neighbor you could have. My son would grab her paper on school days before the bus and run it up to her door. He liked doing it. On the last days of school, she tracked him down and gave him a big basket of summer stuff to play with and the sweetest note thanking him for his help during the year. She didn't have to, but she did it anyways. She will be missed dearly.
