Charlotte May Yetman

I was just thinking of Charlotte this morning and now someone crossed my path who reminded me of her so much. I was saddened to find out that she passed away in April. I worked with her at URI and Theatre By The Sea in RI. Though her senior by 10 years and a professional seamstress I was in awe of her skills and workmanship. She taught me how to find inspiration everywhere. Her organizational talents and design expertise were matched by her calming tone. She wrote me a letter of reference...

Charlotte was an inspiring and very talented costume design professor at BWU. Her students were blessed by her passion for design and excellence. She will always be remembered fondly. She was a blessing at our church as well.

I´m saddened by the news of her passing. I remember Charlotte as another enthusiastic, talented costume designer, who I frequently ran into on our Manhattan shopping forays. She was always very nice. My condolences to her close friends and family.
