I had the honor of working with Charlsie at Clear Lake HS. She was a beautiful person, inside and out! She taught me so much about being a teacher, about dealing with difficult situations, about life! I will always hold her memory dear! Many condolences to your family.

Such a lovely lady...I had the pleasure of knowing her as a teacher when I went to Sam Rayburn High School and then we reunited when I became an educator at Clear Lake High School. I am so blessed to have known her..God Bless you Charlsie and your family..

Mrs. Urquhart was my English teacher at Sam Rayburn High School. She was a great teacher and a wonderful person. She made learning fun and was so patient with a bunch of teenagers. The world has lost a wonderful person.

Prayers for the family. Charlsie was a great friend and co-worker. We enjoyed many hours car pooling to the U of H. when working on our Masters Degree.

Charlsie was our neighbor for 20+ years and she was the sweetest, nicest lady I ever met. She was a true lady who was always immaculately dressed and never met a stranger. She was a classy lady and beautiful inside and out. She will be sorely missed around here. RIP my friend and I know you are among the angels as you are one of them now.
