To Valerie, Friends & Family,

Although I didn't know Chase for long, I'm glad I had the opportunity to spend just a small part of my life around him back when he was a cute, quiet little kid. I admired his amazing patience, kindness and calmness around his siblings and cousins. I'm sure he grew up to be a fine young man.

Best Regards,

Dear Val and Mark,
Deron and I want to extend our deepest sympathy on the loss of Chase. Although late in expressing our condolences we've been thinking of your family. We heard about Chase and his life from his Grandpa Stan during his recent visit to North Carolina. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

His beautiful photography, his eclectic music collection--Drive By Truckers, Victor Wooten, Bad Brains , fun watching Dave Chapelle and Ali G, his compassion for every animal, his happy dance, how he always stuck up for the underdog, his wishes for a tropical vacation, his thing for Eva Longoria, how he could cook up something spectacular out of random kitchen food, hiding Girl Scout Cookies, late night grocery store runs, random witty comments, those cool peacoats, his proud walk, Quentin...

you know what they say only the good die young,I feel that this is the case. I wish I had something wise or beautiful to say but Chase would not want that he would have some funny remark that would make us all laugh, he use to come in to my room when we lived together and wake me up to just to say something funny I will miss you Chase and everything we shared your were one of my best friends one in a million you will never be replaced I love you and will always remember you...........

Emily,
Although I have never met you in person, but we have worked together on many funding files. I feel like I know you... My heartfelt sympathy is with you and your family for the loss of your son. Just remember you are in my thoughts and prayers.
