My prayers are with the daughter and family of Officer Chateri Payne. I came across the news of this tragedy online and although I don't know you. I'm a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, an aunt, a cousin and a friend. Therefore I grieve with you during this time. The video was done so beautifully. It truly encapsulates that she had a radiant spirit. I pray Gods strength and the comfort of his Holy Spirit for all mourn her loss.
