Send FlowersBLACK Chaz, 16, died unexpectedly Sun, March 18, 2012. He attended Henry Clay where he was a sophomore and on the football team. Chaz is survived by his parents, Adrian Black (Pauline) and India Alcorn (Alonzo); 2 brothers, Adrian and Tyus; 2 sisters, Ji'ya and Brooklyn; grandparents, Joyce Black and Riley Carter; great-grandmother, Florence Hawkins; 7 uncles, David Taylor, Brian Black, Mario Black, Dee Logan, Dirk Washington, Rico Dunn, and William Dunn; special cousins, Tanura Moss and Jordan Sleet. He was preceded in death by his nana, Eleanor Crutcher. Chaz was an intelligent and charming young man who overcame many obstacles to achieve the goals he set. He touched so many hearts with his smile and personality and will forever be in our hearts. Visitation will be 10am-12pm Sat at the Consolidated Baptist Church with the funeral immediately following at noon. Arr, O.L. Hughes and Sons Mortuary.

hey love i havnt known what too say until now. but you will truly be missed and im sorry you never got too see aiden that weekend like you wanted. i should have brought him too see you the day you asked, but i know you understand. i hope you do. i know my mom is up there showin you around and laughin at all your jokes. you are very missed and i will never forget you !
