Not sure what to say?

Cheri was one of a kind, so gentle and kind, a woman whose wits and brilliance shook the ground of every place she touched. It was amazing working with her and she will always be a part of me and everything I do. She made a hug difference in our world, one that few will ever know.

David and I are so saddened by Cherie's passing. We will miss her presence. Why a remarkable legacy she leaves! Michael, may you remember all the happy times you had together.

We are very much saddened to learn of Cherie's passing. She was a great U.S. Government professional colleague on Middle Eastern economic and commercial issues and a better person. Cherie was a pro's pro and a joy to work with. Tim (Hauser) and others in the Commerce Department's top leadership always knew they could count on Cherie. We will all miss her.

She will be greatly missed. Such a wonderful person.

Dec 2016 Tawes Garden work pic featuring sweet Cherie- beautiful in person and in soul and yes a joy to garden with, carpool to MG mtgs and enjoy fieldtrips like to Adkins Arboretum 9-7-18. She'll be one of God's favorite & most hardworkin

Still in shock at the news of Cherie's passing -too young!! Modest about her former work history, indeed!! She was a joy to garden with at Tawes, carpool to MG mtgs from "the Cape", and most recently for me to tour thru Adkins Arboretum with fellow MGs on 9-7-18 fieldtrip, before I moved to FLorida. Such a loss, but the sweetest and most hardworking angel to help God above now. Hugs to her family and friends. Love, & missing MG buds esp now. Warmest regards, Catherine Waterman

I am so sorry to hear about Cherie's passing. We enjoyed many fun times together as Master Gardeners, and I loved her wit and humor. My deepest sympathy to you, Michael, and her family. She will be missed.

Cherie was an incredible leader at the USDOC's Middle East Office. She hired and nutured a great team who all respected and loved her. She left a positive legacy of a well, run, happy team who worked tirelessly to assist U.S. companies in the Middle East. She will be missed.

Cherie's family and loved ones.
My deepest condolences are extended to you all upon learning of Cherie's passing. I had the pleasure of getting to know her through the Master Gardeners at the Riva Rd Farmers Market Ask a MG table. She will be missed, but she remains in our memories of her.
