BARBER (ROCKABRAND), Cheryl A. - Of Grand Blanc, age 56, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at her residence. A Funeral service will be held at 11AM Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Faith Lutheran Church, 12534 North Holly Road, Grand Blanc, Pastor Wayne H. Wentzel officiating. Visitation 5-8PM Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Cheryl will be at the church from 10:30AM Saturday until the time of the service. Cheryl was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 7, 1951, the daughter of Harold and Joan Barber. Cheryl was baptized on October 23, 1951 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Detroit, Michigan. She was a graduate of Michigan Tech University. She was a resident of Grand Blanc for over 30 years. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Cheryl owned and operated her own business, Cheryl's Wallpapering for several years. Surviving are son, Erik and wife Heidi Stoor of Grand Blanc; 3 grandchildren, Noah, Rachel and Gabrielle; parents, Harold and Joan Barber of Plain City, Ohio; 2 brothers, Scott (Laura) Barber and Jeff (Linda) Barber.
