Read MoreCheryl and I were friends through tennis and I enjoyed playing indoor with her not against her, haha. She was rated higher than me and was so gracious and supportive when I made an error. Her smile is what I will miss the most because she was rarely without it no matter the situation. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I was saddened to hear that Cheryl passed away. She was a wonderful tennis partner and I was always glad to see her face in the stands at UNC tennis matches. I am ever grateful to her for helping me get involved with Meals on Wheels. She will be missed.
